Her passion for excellence has driven us from the beginning, and continues to drive us into the future. Meet the Owner & Baker
Elizabeth (Lizzie) Bradley
Elizabeth was born and raised in Bellevue, Washington and moved to Idaho to attend Boise State University. She graduated in 2018 with a love for baking. Elizabeth has had countless baking jobs which has helped her learn the different baking techniques from baking breads to cakes from scratch. But what she really likes to bake is cookies which is why it is her specialty.
Elizabeth is energetic, hardworking, honest, and dependable. She has run this bakery by herself from the beginning and continues to amaze her family, friends and everyone she meets.
The Story of Scooter's Sweets
Elizabeth has wanted to open her own bakery since she was a freshman in high school. This bakery was inspired by her dad, Scott, who she and her family used to call Scooter. Unfortunately, Scott Bradley passed away in 2016 from cancer. But her father has motivated her to go on this journey of starting her own business and this bakery is in honor of him. Her fathers favorite cookie is White Chocolate Macadamia Nut and with each dozen purchased 10% of the proceeds will be donated to the Cancer Research Institute.
